When it comes to baby wearing I have two brands that I absolutely love. The baby K'tan is top tier when it comes to cotton fabric wrap style carriers, the feature I love most is how you don't have to actually wrap the carrier it comes prewrapped and looks like two infinity scarfs, making it a very easy option with no learning curve. And the ergo baby is a perfect upgrade once your baby has grown and has the ability to support their own head and with this carrier you can comfortably wear your child until they are around two years old, in my experience.
If purchasing the k'tan you will want to size down from your pre-pregnancy tshirt size to ensure a tight fit. And on the complete opposite side, the ergobaby can comfortably adjust to plus size to petite sizes without having to have a separate carrier.
Chooseing to wear your baby is an amazing heartwarming experience likewise, it is very important to remember that their face needs to be up to ensure proper airway and ventilation and their head needs to be close enough that you can kiss their head.
