Chicken Parmesan

This is a favorite at this household, it does take a little more preparation than most other meals that I make regularly but we love it.

 

What you need:

  1. 6 boneless skinless chicken thigh, or tenderloins

  2. Bread crumbs

  3. Flour

  4. 1 egg

  5. Linguine noodles

  6. Spaghetti sauce

  7. Vegetable oil

  8. Seasonings: Italian, garlic, onion, black pepper

  9. Parmesan or mozzarella cheese

We get 4 servings from this.

 

How to prepare meal:

  1. Boil water in big pot

  2. Mix 2 cups of breadcrumbs and 1 cup flour and 1/4 cup Italian seasoning, and garlic and onion to your liking in a container

  3. Crack egg and mix in a separate container

  4. Tenderize chicken

  5. Batter chicken in eggs and then flour mixture

  6. Fry in 1in medium hot oil 9 min each side

  7. After water has come to boil put in noodles and cook for 8-10 min. Drain and put sauce on.

  8. Plate and top with fresh parmesean cheese, or Mozzarella works well too, we didn't have any tonight and it's just as good without the cheese.
