Chicken Parmesan

This is a favorite at this household, it does take a little more preparation than most other meals that I make regularly but we love it.
What you need:

6 boneless skinless chicken thigh, or tenderloins
Bread crumbs
Flour
1 egg
Linguine noodles
Spaghetti sauce
Vegetable oil
Seasonings: Italian, garlic, onion, black pepper
Parmesan or mozzarella cheese
We get 4 servings from this.
How to prepare meal:
Boil water in big pot
Mix 2 cups of breadcrumbs and 1 cup flour and 1/4 cup Italian seasoning, and garlic and onion to your liking in a container
Crack egg and mix in a separate container
Tenderize chicken
Batter chicken in eggs and then flour mixture
Fry in 1in medium hot oil 9 min each side
After water has come to boil put in noodles and cook for 8-10 min. Drain and put sauce on.
Plate and top with fresh parmesean cheese, or Mozzarella works well too, we didn't have any tonight and it's just as good without the cheese.
