Having a toddler approved delicious meal that can be prepared during the day is so important around here, and this is one of our top favorite meals.
What you need:
1 lb Flank Steak
1/2 cup of corn starch
1 tbls Minced garlic
1/2 tbls minced ginger
1tbls seaseme seed oil
1 cup of Brown Sugar
1/2 cup of Soy sauce
1/2 cup of Water
Onion, garlic, red pepper flakes, and black pepper seasoning; season to your liking
1 bushel of broccoli
We get 4 servings from this.
How to cook:
Slice flank steak thinly across grain
Toss cut up steak in 1/2 cup corn starch and put in crockpot
Combine ingredients 3-9in bowl and mix then add to crockpot
Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 5. Add broccoli with 1 hour left.
Serve over jasmine rice.
