Mexican food is an all time favorite, so making something that's comparable to going to a restaurant but being able to use carb balance tortillas and staying on track to keeping my sugars low, makes me ecstatic.
What you need
1 pound of sizzling steak
2 tlbs worcestershire sauce
1tbls powdered onion, 1tlbs powdered garlic, 1 tsp cumin
Tortillas
Cheddar cheese
Olive oil
We get 4 servings of this.
How to cook
Thinly slice meat across grain
Mix sauce and seasonings and let meat marinate for minimum 30 min
Get pan hot and a small amount of oil and cook meat
Get clean pan on Med high and place tortilla on then meat then top with cheddar cheese then top with another tortilla
Plate and eat
